RFK Community Outreach Foundation

RFK Community Outreach Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through education, workforce development, family strengthening, and community service. Founded by Dr. Ricardo A. Frost and Dr. Kimberly K. Frost, the Foundation exists to empower individuals, strengthen families, and create pathways to opportunity through innovative programs that address the evolving needs of today's communities.

Guided by the belief that lasting change begins with serving others, RFK Community Outreach Foundation delivers initiatives that inspire hope, develop future leaders, and equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive.

The Foundation's signature programs include the RFK Cyber Academy, Cybersecurity Mobile Learning Bus (Cyber Bus), Cyber Workforce Development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Drone Technology, Robotics, STEM education, Information Technology training, and digital literacy initiatives designed to prepare youth, adults, veterans, and underserved populations for high-demand careers in technology.

In addition to its STEM and workforce initiatives, RFK Community Outreach Foundation provides programs that strengthen families and communities through marriage enrichment, youth mentoring, leadership development, financial literacy, veteran support, community outreach, and humanitarian service. The Foundation also promotes cybersecurity awareness for youth, adults, and senior citizens, helping individuals safely navigate today's increasingly digital world.

Through strategic partnerships with schools, government agencies, corporations, faith-based organizations, and community leaders, RFK Community Outreach Foundation continues to expand access to educational opportunities and career pathways while addressing workforce shortages in cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
