RFK Community Outreach Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Dr. Ricardo A. Frost and Dr. Kimberly K. Frost. Driven by the philosophy of providing "a hand up, not a handout," the Foundation empowers individuals, strengthens families, and builds resilient communities through practical education, mentorship, and service.

STEM & Workforce Development: Prepares youth, adults, veterans, and underserved populations for high-demand tech careers through initiatives like the RFK Cyber Academy, the mobile Cyber Bus, AI, robotics, drone technology, IT training, and digital literacy.
Cybersecurity Awareness: Delivers digital safety and cybersecurity training tailored for youth, adults, and seniors navigating an increasingly online world.
Family & Community Support: Strengthens community foundations through marriage enrichment, youth mentoring, leadership development, financial literacy, veteran services, and outreach.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborates with schools, government agencies, corporations, faith organizations, and leaders to address tech workforce shortages and broaden access to opportunity.
